About Us
Founded in the early 1990s, PD Murni Plastik began as a family-led initiative in plastic waste trading and recycling. Recognizing the need for industrial-scale solutions, PT Murni Plastik Indonesia (MPI) was later established as its dedicated subsidiary to meet modern standards of recycled plastic pellet production and service reliability.
Today, MPI operates from a state-of-the-art facility in Bekasi, West Java, equipped with automated extrusion lines, advanced washing and sorting systems, and quality inspection laboratories. Our team combines decades of experience with sustainable innovation to provide recycled plastic materials that rival virgin-grade polymers in performance and quality.

PE – Polyethylene
PE (Polyethylene or Polythene) is a thermoplastic polymer widely used for flexible packaging, liners, films, and general household applications. Known for its lightweight, chemical resistance, and flexibility, PE is one of the most common plastics in the world. MPI’s recycled PE pellets deliver excellent strength, transparency, and processability across different production methods.
PP – Polypropylene

HD- High Density Polyethylene

Plastic Recycling & Pelletizing
We transform post-industrial plastic waste into reusable, high-quality pellets through a multi-stage process involving washing, melting, extrusion, and pellet formation. The use of twin-screw extruders from Taiwan and China ensures precise temperature control and consistent quality output.
Material Sorting & Cleaning
High-quality recycling begins with precise sorting and cleaning. MPI uses optical sorters, density separators, and air classifiers to separate polymer types and remove contaminants, ensuring only pure materials enter the extrusion process.
Quality Control & Laboratory Testing
Every production batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing to maintain uniformity and reliability. Tests include MFR (Melt Flow Rate), density, and color stability. MPI’s internal lab ensures compliance with both local and international standards.
Packaging & Distribution
MPI offers flexible packaging options including 25kg woven bags and 1-ton jumbo sacks. Each batch is labeled with type, color, batch code, and production date. Logistics operations ensure timely and secure deliveries to clients across Indonesia.
Consultation & Customization
